A remediation plan in hand
A hygienist has assessed the property and written up what needs to happen. This is most of our work — send us the plan and we will quote on carrying it out.

You have a remediation plan from an occupational hygienist. We are the crew that carries it out — walls, ceilings, floor coverings, air conditioning, strip-out where the plan calls for it.

A lab has been found and the property has been declared. We handle the full remediation and the documentation that goes with it.
Tenants have gone and left the place in a state. Where there is contamination on top of everything else, we deal with that part.
You have bought the property and the issue has surfaced since. If you have not engaged a hygienist yet, we will tell you who to call.
A Certified Occupational Hygienist assesses the property and prepares the remediation plan. That happens before us, and independently of us. We do not write it.
Send the plan through and we price the works it specifies. You are comparing quotes on a fixed scope, which is the only way to compare them properly.
The plan is implemented as written — washing, sealing, removal and strip-out as specified — and documented as we go.
Clearance sampling confirms the property has come back under the guideline. Depending on the job that is done by the hygienist or arranged as part of our works.
Why we work this way. The outfit that decides how much remediation a property needs should not be the outfit that gets paid to do it. Keeping the plan independent protects you, and it means our quote can be compared against anyone else's on identical scope.
We are based in Brisbane and cover most of South East Queensland. If your suburb is not listed, ring us anyway — we travel further for larger jobs.
Inner-city apartments through to Queenslanders in the western suburbs. We clean up affected properties for agents, landlords and owners right across the greater Brisbane area.
Rental turnover is high across the Logan corridor, and so is the need to get an affected property cleaned and back on the market. We remediate from Springwood through to Beenleigh.
Holiday lets and high-density units bring their own problems. We remediate the length of the coast, from Coomera down to Coolangatta and inland through the hinterland.
From the growth suburbs around North Lakes up to Caboolture and out to the bayside, we handle remediation across the whole Moreton Bay region.
The bayside suburbs and the islands are well within our patch, and you finish the job with the paperwork you need for a sale or a tenancy dispute.
Ipswich is one of the busiest parts of our week. We remediate everything from worker’s cottages to new estate housing, and price each plan on its merits.
You need a Certified Occupational Hygienist to assess the property and prepare one. Here is how that process works, and we will happily point you to someone independent. We cannot start works without a plan, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to.
No. Testing on its own is not something we offer, and neither is writing the remediation plan. Both belong with the hygienist. Our sampling exists inside our own jobs, to check our work as we go.
It depends on what the plan calls for and what the property is built from. Surface washing across a couple of rooms is a modest job. A former lab where the plan specifies stripping linings, ceiling insulation and ducting is a much bigger one. Send the plan through and we will price it properly rather than guessing over the phone.
No. If we cut items out of a hygienist's plan the property may not pass clearance, and the documentation trail stops meaning anything. If you think the plan is heavier than the readings justify, that is a conversation to have with the hygienist who wrote it, and a second opinion is always open to you.
A light contamination in one or two rooms can be a one to two day job. A former lab is a different matter and can run a week or more, particularly where carpet, plasterboard or ducting has to come out and be replaced. Clearance results add a few business days on the end.
Yes. Decontamination is not something that can be worked around occupants, and depending on the scope there may be periods where the property is not safe to enter. We will tell you how long you need it empty for when we quote.
Please do not. Painting over contamination does not fix it, and doing it before the hygienist assesses the property will distort their readings and the plan that comes out of them. Leave it alone.
