Working in Gold Coast
The Gold Coast has a mix you do not get elsewhere in the south east: a large volume of short-stay and holiday letting, high-density towers, and a strong investor market. Short-stay properties see a lot of different occupants, and owners often have no visibility of what happens between bookings — which is usually how a problem gets to the point of needing us.
Unit remediation in a tower has practical constraints that a freestanding house does not. Lift bookings, loading dock access, waste removal and notifying building management all have to be arranged, and that shapes both the timeline and the price. Tell us the building when you ring and we will factor it in.
