Working in Moreton Bay
Moreton Bay covers a lot of ground and a lot of different housing. The newer estates around North Lakes and Burpengary are mostly recent builds with sealed modern surfaces, and they generally clean up well. Older stock through Caboolture, Redcliffe and the bayside is a different proposition — timber, older paint systems and original ceilings hold residue far more stubbornly.
Those two produce very different remediation plans, and we price them accordingly. There is no point quoting a 1970s fibro cottage the same way you would quote a five-year-old rendered brick home, and a flat rate per square metre would only ever suit one of them.
