Meth decontamination in Brisbane

Inner-city apartments through to Queenslanders in the western suburbs. We clean up affected properties for agents, landlords and owners right across the greater Brisbane area.

Working in Brisbane

Brisbane throws up two very different sorts of jobs. In the inner suburbs it is mostly apartments and townhouses, where residue from smoking indoors ends up in the paint, the carpet and the air conditioning. Further out it is detached housing, often older timber homes where porous surfaces hold residue and a surface wash on its own will not bring the levels down.

Most of our Brisbane work comes through property managers and owners who already have a hygienist involved and a remediation plan in hand. If you are working to a settlement date or a re-letting deadline, say so when you ring — we will tell you honestly whether the timeframe is achievable.

Body corporate properties add a wrinkle worth knowing about. Contamination in one unit can carry into shared ducting and common walls, so a remediation in a block sometimes needs the body corporate involved before we can start. We will flag that early if it applies.

Suburbs we cover

  • Brisbane CBD
  • Chermside
  • Mount Gravatt
  • Indooroopilly
  • Wynnum
  • The Gap
  • Carindale

This is not an exhaustive list — it is just a sample of where we have been recently. If your suburb is not on it, we almost certainly still cover you.

What a Brisbane job looks like

  1. Send us the plan

The hygienist's remediation plan, the address and the property type. No plan yet? Start here.

  2. Fixed quote

We price the works the plan specifies, in writing, on a scope you can compare against any other quote.

  3. The works

Washing, sealing, removal and strip-out as the plan requires, documented as we go.

  4. Clearance

Sampling confirms the property is back under the guideline — by the hygienist, or arranged with our works.
