Working in Logan
Logan is one of the busier parts of our week, largely because of the volume of rental stock and the rate at which it turns over. The typical call is from a property manager whose tenancy has ended badly and who now has a hygienist report, a remediation plan and a vacant property to sort out.
One piece of advice we give every Logan landlord: do not clean, paint or air the place out before the hygienist has been through. It sounds counterintuitive, but a property that has already been scrubbed and repainted gives distorted readings, and that flows straight into a plan that may be wrong in either direction.
