Working in Redlands
Most of our Redlands work is owner-occupier and small investor housing through Cleveland, Capalaba, Thornlands and the Point suburbs. It is usually a landlord who has had a tenancy go wrong, or an owner who has bought a property and discovered the problem after settlement.
The bay islands are the exception to everything. Access is by barge, which changes the whole shape of a remediation — materials in, contaminated waste out, and the crew scheduled around the timetable. We do work out there, but island jobs need more lead time and the quote reflects the travel and the waste handling.
For everything on the mainland side, expect the same turnaround as the rest of the south east.
